Mr. Lewis has been in the field of education for over 20 years, initially teaching undergraduates at Cornell University and later teaching in the New York public school system. He holds three degrees: a bachelor's in Drama and History and a master's in Adolescent Education. He has extensive international teaching experience, having taught students from Chinese, French, and Spanish-speaking backgrounds; his Chinese students affectionately call him 'Mr. Deer.' As a British immigrant to the United States, he deeply understands the challenges many international students face and offers appropriate assistance. Mr. Lewis specializes in middle and high school education, with expertise in Common Core, IB, and AP/DP courses, and is also an excellent college admissions counselor.
